All orders are typically shipped within two business days of being placed.
All packages are shipped via UPS. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and tracking number.
After your order leaves our facility, we are not able to control shipping conditions or delivery times.
- If your package is damaged or doesn't arrive, please contact us right away. We will review each situation individually and, at our discretion, may resend or refund your order if necessary.
Please refrigerate your Gouda upon arrival to maintain quality and freshness.
