STORING & CONSUMING

To preserve freshness, we vacuum-pack our Marieke® Gouda. After opening, store in a plastic wrap, zip lock bag, or cheese paper in the refrigerator. For consumption, we recommend taking it out of the refrigerator 30-60 minutes before eating. Marieke® Gouda is at its best at room temperature! We do not recommend freezing our cheese.
